This announcement is for all S3 prefects.
Your teachers have begun nomination for LLTC 2008 in June. We have already received notifications from two prefects that their teachers, for whatever strange reason, have not nominated them for LLTC. We wish for all 40 of you to attend LLTC, so we need to know if your form tutors/CCA tutors have not nominated you for LLTC. Please check with them on Monday and contact us immediately if they have not, so that we can nominate you.

Detention Duty for May

To cut the story short, the detention duty for May is up on the board, please check whether you are down for duty and come down for it.

An Important Announcement.

Attention Prefects!

This is regrading your duty list for may, and yes, there will be daily duties for may even during the exam periods. The list will be put up in a few day's time, so look out for it.

ALL Lower Secondary Recess duties will carry on as per normal.

Now, here's the part thats different, so make sure you understand it well, for i will say it only once. As you all know, the Sec 4s are all having their very important midyear exams in week 8. They will dismissed immediately after their last paper and thus they have been exempted from all duties.

Thus, all GLs of the Morning duties are to elect two sec 3 GL-trainees each week to fill in for them. GLs will be required to supervise and mentor the GL-trainees. Eventually, all Sec 3 prefects will get to experience being a 'GL' and be assessed by the sec 4 GLs. The sec 4 GLs will then submit potential GL nominees for their duty in their reports.

If there are any queries you would like to clarify, please approach any of the EXCO Members.

Prefects' Assembly

There will be a PA on Thursday the 17th of April. Attendance is compulsory. Read on for the details.

Heyo prefects,there will be a prefects' assembly on the Thursday the 17th of April at 1230 h in LT1. It should end by 1600 h.

Attendance is compulsory as we will be distributing the new Prefects' T-Shirt as well as the Handbook, and we will be voting for the new Prefects' EXCO 2009, among other things. If you want your say, make sure you're there on the 17th.

On this note, if you have yet to pay the $12 fee for the two items, please do so immediately to any of the EXCO. This is especially important if you want me to refrain asking "Have you paid?" repeatedly.
Also note that everyone is getting the T-Shirt and the Handbook, therefore everyone should pay the $12.

Phototaking

Hey guys, there will be phototaking for all prefects next Monday, the 14th of April. Read on for all the details.

The phototaking will be at 0750 h, the first CCA/student group of the day, in Founder's Hall. Please be punctual.
