Please note that daily duties for the month of August will commence on Monday, 4 August 2008. Secondary 3 GLs, who will be mentored by Secondary 4 prefects in each duty, will start taking attendance and facilitate the probation period for secondary 1 prefects where applicable. All probationary prefects are to note that your probationary term commences as of 4 August 2008. Prefects' Assembly

This announcement is for all prefects.
This post has been edited.
There will be a prefects' assembly this Tuesday, the 29th of July at 1430 h in LT1.
This prefects' assembly will be the final assembly for all secondary four prefects, and hence we wish that all Sec 4s attend this meeting.
As of yet, we are not sure as to whether S1 probationary prefects need attend this assembly, so please continue to check back for more details.
Among other things, the agenda includes Teachers' Day, Graduation and the new duty assortments for the rest of the year, including the commencement of S3 GL mentorship and the commencement of duties for S1 probation prefects.
The assembly will last about an hour and fifteen minutes. Hope to see all of you there!

Teacher's Day Sub-com Meeting

Hi all prefects in the Teacher's Day Sub-com. Please note that there will be a meeting at 2.45pm after school at the prefects room on Monday. Attendance is compulsory as we will be briefing you on what you can do in your sub-coms for teachers day. For example concert committee can start looking for emcees and performers. We will also be giving you what can be done and what should not be done. Other prefects who are interested to help out for Teacher's Day, you are invited to come down to the meeting too. Those prefects who are in the sub-com, but is unable to come down for the meeting, please inform Nigel Seng(432), Joshua Goh(432) or Xie Wenhan(433). Thank you for your cooperation.

As we have said before, the Teacher's Day Sub-Com has been expanded to cover this year's Teacher's Day which promises to be a very big affair. Teacher's Day is currently one of the most pressing issue facing our Board.
