Monthly Report & Comm Meetings

Hi guys, three things.
1. All GLs and ICs of daily duties, please hand in your monthly reports to the EXCO by Friday, the 1st of February 2008. Your report should contain:

1. The performance of every prefect, whether good or bad
2. Daily duties attendance
3. Problems with your duty
4. Any suggestions for improvements
5. Requests for additional manpower
6. Nominations for Prefect of the Month

2. Tomorrow's Affairs [Welfare + Camp] Comm meeting is on as scheduled, 1430 h in the Prefects' Room. The meeting should finish by 1530 h, 1600 h at the latest. Please have lunch before you come.

3. The Special Projects Comm meeting has been cancelled.

Notes to Prefects:

-Two prefects will be assigned to each class and you will aid in the distribution of the Josephian Annual and other articles prepared by the school.

-The duty IC and AIC are responsible for calling up all Prefects involved in this duty and accounting for replacements. They are directly answerable to the Prefect's EXCO should anything go wrong.

-The Duty IC and AIC will take attendance on the day of duty and pass it to an EXCO member.

Prefects' Assembly

This is just a reminder that there will be a Prefects' Assembly at 1430 h in LT1 this monday. It will end by 1600 h.
Prefects unable to attend please tag the tagboard or inform the EXCO.

Inaugural Service

Hey guys, two things:
Firstly a big thank you to all who came down for the S1OC duties, especially those who came even though their names were not on the duty list...thank you for your dedication and hard work! :)
Secondly, a reminder for the Inaugural Service this Monday the 14th of January.
The following groups of prefects are being invested:

1. S2 and S4 transition prefects who completed probation at the end of 2007 - the 42 of you will be receiving your prefects tie.
2. S3 probation prefects who started probation at the beginning of 2008 - the 9 of you will be receiving your probation badge.
   
   Please meet in LT1 at 0830 h if you are not attending mass, catholics to report after mass has concluded.
   Attire is school uniform and tie.
