The money is for the Prefects' shirt that is already ordered for everyone. This also applies to prefects who came for the camp, but have not paid for the camp fee and shirt.

Notes:
- All Prefects are to report at the Prefects Room by 0700hrs
- Prefects are in charge of Carpark duty and if needed, as ushers.
- Parents would be coming in from 0715hrs or earlier. Be ready.
- Always have a smile, great the visitors and converse politely.
- 10 min before the talk starts, all Sec 2 prefects will proceed to the PAC for the talk
- All Sec 3 prefects are still to be stationed at the post in case of any “latecomers”. Only after about 30min after the talk had started, then Sec 3 prefects can have their break.
- The talk should end at 1200hrs; Sec 3 prefects are to help in the movement of cars to prevent a jam.
- OIC, please inform Maintenance that you will be needed walkie talkies on Thursday after school so that they can fully charge the walkies
- If the prefects are unable to be down for duty because of various reasons, please look for a replacement and inform the OIC and make sure that the replacement comes for duty.
