Secretariat Committee

Hey Prefects!

It's that Time again! Where we form the committees for the year. In lieu of coming events, I would like to extend an awesome opportunity to all interested.

The Secretariat Committee

Headed by Wei Xuan and I, this committee will be the crux and basics of most work here.

Our Scope involves

• Monthly Duties
• Room

• Notice Board

By being in the committee, you get exclusive rights to handling certain matters in the Prefectorial Board, part of our mandate eh?

As of Now, these are the following in the Committee

• Wei Xuan (EXCO)
• Rovik (Head of Secretariat)
• Luke Ho (Room Head)
• Nicholas Loo (GOH Head)
• Bryan David
• Wen Quan

• Pratham
• Yu Rong

As you can see, if we can get around 1 more Sec 2, the committee would be complete. Please respond on the tagboard or email me at rovikjeremiah@hotmail.com.

Thank You Prefects

and enjoy the extended weekend!

Cheers, Rovik
