Prefect's Assembly

Prefect's Assembly will be held on the 21st of October, Wednesday

It will start at 2.20pm and end latest by 3.20pm at LT1

We will be highlighting some important issues such as the new communication system and as well as the introduction of the new duty GLs for the year of 2010. Information about the Prefect's Camp 2009 will be given as well.

Apologies for the short notice, but we hope that everyone can be present. Attendance will be taken and absentees will require a valid excuse.

UPDATE: Only 61 prefects out of 84 have registered. Please help to spread to your fellow sec 2 and 3 prefects to do the registration as soon as possible!

We currently have records of Secondary 2 and 3 prefects which contain only their name and class. Please visit the site to update your details.

All fields are required to be filled. If you do not have a residence or mobile number, put “0” to indicate that it is not applicable. Only numbers should be entered for contact numbers.

All information will be kept confidential and only circulated among the EXCO members and relevant teachers. Only your Name, Class, Residence number, Mobile number and Emails will be printed out on the SJI Prefects’ Handbook next year.
