-Please ensure that you report promptly to the duty you have been assigned to.

-It is expected that GLs and ICs take attendance everyday during duty, then prepare and submit a report to the EXCO at the end of this month of April 2008.

-Lets make life easier for all of us. ICs please have the INITIATIVE to submit your duty reports promptly, even without any EXCO asking for it. You may submit it to SASIN on the last week of April. We seek your cooperation in improving the standards of our board.
