Notes:
- All Prefects are to report at the grandstand of the Toa Payoh Stadium at 0715hrs
- Prefects are to be attired in the 2009 Prefects Tee with school shorts/long pants
- If any prefect is running for an event, please look for a replacement and make sure the replacement is down for duty and inform the OIC.
- Prefects are in charge of gates
- OIC, please take note that there are 2 gates, split the prefects up into 2 groups and each group will take 1 gate. Objective of the duty is not to allow anyone from entering or exiting the stadium when the Sports Meet is on.
- Dismissal after everyone has cleared the stadium and the stadium has to be litter free.
