Notes:
- All Prefects are to report for their duties on time
- Prefects are in charge of registration, car parks, ushering, helping out on stage
- If the prefects are unable to make it for duty, please look for a replacement and inform the OIC and make sure that the replacement comes for duty.
ICs, please do not allocate prefects to do double-duties. Even if they do not have anything to do for a certain time period, they should not be running around but stick to their area as their assistance may be needed at any time – unless instructed by their teacher/duty in-charge.
ICs please inform the prefects of their duties and reporting time as soon as possible.
