Hi Prefects, as some of you have been questioning what time and where to meet for your respective duties, it will all be covered in this post. Don't worry if you are not familiar with them, especially for the Secondary Two prefects, we have not handed out the Prefects' Booklet and so this will be the reminder for all at this moment.

Morning Assembly

Reporting Time And Place: 0715 h, Administrative Foyer

Morning Registers

Morning Canteen

Reporting Time And Place: 0715 h, Middle Of Canteen (Find your GLs)

Main Gates

Reporting Time And Place: 0705 h, Administrative Foyer (Prefects to collect duty boxes first)

Side Gates

Note: Prefects who fail to turn up for duty on time must have a valid reason, otherwise your attendance will be marked absent. Prefects who fail to turn up for at least 75% of the month's duty will be dealt with severely by the Discipline Committee, EXCO and Mr Jeremy Liew. Otherwise, have pride and arrive on time for duty and do take the time to bond with other fellow prefects while on duty! Remember, prefectorialship is not just about your daily duties!
