Keeps EIC updated on the new ideas and projects

Take minutes and stores all documents and files in Archives

Take cares of all accounts in the PB (Sale of Badges, etc.)

Take cares of the room(Cleanliness, supplies) and the Blazers

Relates to the level, and get their feedback,etc. MAY run level forums,etc...Anything to do with the Level

Take care of Affairs and queries of Scholars in SJI
CIP IC
Organise CIP for students who needs them
